Project : Implementing China Quality Management System 

Executive Summary

Alliance has successfully helps New Orient implement the Quality Management System when they establish the new office in Beijing. Alliance has adopted an Knowledge Transfer Approach in order to ensure the QMS matches the requirements of the China Legislation and can be operated smoothly under the China business culture.

Background

New Oriental Property Management Limited (New ORIENT) is one of the leading property management companies in China , providing comprehensive property management services to the Bank of China (New Tower) in Beijing. In order to guarantee the high quality of the service, New Orient intended to start the operation together with QMS. However, in this project, New Orient has to face many challenges.

Business Challenges

New Orient has faced the following challenges including deploying the QMS with limited time and resources, modifying existing operation to get used to the cultural and political differences and establishing a clear corporate image in a short period of time.

How Alliance Helps

Alliance provided New Orient with a full range of services inducing consulting, implementation, training, as well as support services.
