Satisfaction Survey

The mission of Alliance Management Consulting Limited is to provide excellent tailor-made quality management system to our clients. In the past seven years, we have performed over 80 ISO9000 system consultancy projects. After each project, we will conduct a survey to collect customer voice on our performance. The aim of the survey is to improve our services quality for our customers. Valuable opinions are given by our customers and the results of ISO9000 Consultancy Performance Evaluation Questionnaire are summarized in the following report.

The Survey is divided into two parts. The first part is comments on our consultation services. The focal points are the degree of satisfaction on the quality system as well as services. The second part is the impact of the ISO9000 system on their operation.

Part II : Comments on the ISO9000 Quality System

100% of our customer agrees that the system fulfils their expectation.

Besides the overall comment, we also focus on some specific areas to study the effects after the implementation of ISO9000 system.

  • Over one-third of our clients agreed that the ISO system can assist them to reduce operation/process time and improve productivity and efficiency.

  • Half of our client agreed that after the implementation of ISO system, the staff loyalty increased.

  • Over three-quarters of our clients agreed that the communication between departments and competitive edge are improved after establishing ISO system.

  • All of our clients agreed that their customers are more satisfied about their services.
