運送途中一般遇劫應變
During the robbery當遇劫時:
You should 你們應該:
- Keep calm and get communication with the robber(s)
保持冷靜及與劫匪溝通
- Observe the situation
觀察情況
- Notice the conversation, e.g. Name, a non-national accent; number of hijackers, etc
注意他的對話如：名字，口音及劫匪人數等… )
- Follow the instruction/needs
聽從他的指示／要求
You should not 你們不應該:
- Investigate by yourself in the insecure situation
在不明朗情況下嘗試調查
- Argue with the robberies
跟劫匪有任何爭執
NOTE 注意 : YOUR LIFE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT 自身安全為最重要
After the robbery遇劫後:
You should 你們應該:
- Report to direct supervisor of your company
盡快向公司報告
- Report to the Police
報警求助
- Look after any injuries
照顧傷者
You should not 你們不應該:
- Do not remove/process any cargo or object in the truck until the Police’s arrival
切勿處理有關之貨物或任何貨車內之物品, 直至警察到達
