  7. Implement sufficient (SCAR process) screen, clarify, approve and reject on inter-regulated agent management
  8. Perform Quality Control Program (QCP)
  9. Conduct regular self-assessment (at least once every two years)
  10. Maintain records
  11. Cooperate with CAD on announced and unannounced inspection
